短期钢价或继续走强

央行17日发布公告称，当日开展7000亿元中期借贷便利（MLF）操作，期限为1年，中标利率为2.95%，与前次持平。

记者在采访中获悉，二季度以来，国内经济迅速回升，三季度也有望持续回暖，很大一部分得益于基建等项目的强劲支撑，进而推升了钢铁在内的众多大宗商品价格。

“二季度钢价的上涨，多来自于终端需求面的支撑，而三季度以来，很大一部分动力又来自于资金、成本及对后市经济向好的预期。宽松的财政及货币政策给予钢价提供了强力的支撑，且这种动力一直持续到现在。”分析师说。

事实上，今年以来专项债前七个月累计发行超2.46万亿，其中新增2.26万亿，8月以来资金投放量明显增加，7000亿元的再操作，进一步满足了金融市场需求，也进一步给予了钢价上行支撑。

值得注意的是，铁矿石价格的不断上涨，从原料成本端给予钢价最基础的成本支撑。“总体来看，多数终端企业目前虽还面临着订单不足等困境，较此前几个月已复苏明显，金九银十料需求端进一步有改善，钢价也将继续振荡趋强运行。”分析师说。
